Reading his CV, it’s hard to believe the variety of motoring history Darren Turner has been involved with. His career has given him access to some of the best car manufacturers in the world, in some of the highest octane positions at the leading edge of technology.
Whether he’s testing a brand new secret super car, or helping develop simulators in the early days of simulation, or even single seat racers in the form of F1 cars, Turner has seen it, done it and got all of the t-shirts. And, unlike other drivers that have had such varied experience and incredible knowledge, Turner is still humble, kind and patient.
