Kids Permission Forms - Checkpoint Magazine

Encouraging children to learn and play is important for us here at Checkpoint Magazine and we have an excellent platform to really showcase all kinds of work.

Whether that’s written work, artistic creations, video or audio submissions or animations, we can show it all! We welcome all submissions from kids and we look forward to seeing their wonderful creations.

We will, however, need completed permission slips in order to share their names, voices and in some cases, faces. It’s important for us that the children stay safe online, and we will therefore not publish any material containing names, faces or voices without completed permission forms.

If you are having any problems with the submission: kindly copy and paste one or more of the checkpoints below into an email. Send it to kids@checkpointmagazine.com with the subject line of “Permission – Child’s Name” along with any attached work or links to work they’d like to submit.

If you don’t know how to attach or send links, please make that clear and we can help you send files by giving you instructions on where and how to upload them to either our Google Drive or via a free file transfer website.

For those that want to submit but stay anonymous please check the relevant option and we can still publish their work.
